"Shipping was okay, I guess"
My order showed up a bit later than I thought it would. It wasn’t awful or anything, just felt like it could’ve been quicker with that part. Other than that, everything was fine and it all worked out.

"Really helpful tech support"
I was frustrated after trying to get my radio set up on my own and getting nowhere. Tech support got back to me quickly and explained everything in plain language, which was such a relief.
I did have one follow-up question, and they were patient about it and didn’t make me feel silly for asking. By the end of the day, everything was working like it should. Definitely 5 stars from me.

"Mostly fit, but took some extra tinkering"
As an old Chevy guy, I was hoping this would be a quick bolt-on since the site said it would fit my car. It did fit for the most part, but I had to mess around with the brackets a bit to get everything lined up right. Not the worst experience, just not as straightforward as I expected. Shipping was fine and nothing showed up damaged. Overall, it was okay, but I’d give it 3 stars.

"Pretty decent, but not exactly earth-shaking"
I put this radio in my old car it sounds fine for everyday driving. Nothing tragic, but the bass is definitely on the weak side, and once you crank it up, the highs get a little sharp like they’re trying to pierce through your soul. It’s not bad at all for commutes and quick trips, I just expected a bit more drama from the sound.

"Bluetooth made my old truck feel a lot less old"
I picked up a radio from Retrosound mostly because I wanted Bluetooth in my old truck, and so far it’s been doing exactly what I hoped it would.
Getting my phone paired was quick, probably under a minute, and now it just reconnects when I hop back in. Calls and music come through clear enough that I haven’t really thought about it much, which is usually a good sign.
I’m glad it still has that old-school look, but I can run Spotify without cords hanging everywhere. Hard not to be happy with that. 5 stars from me...

This thing looks like it was pulled straight out of a classic dash in the best possible way. The retro style fits my dash perfectly, like it was destined to be there, and I’m thrilled with it.

"Warranty got sorted out after a bit"
I reached out about the warranty issue earlier this month, and it definitely took longer than I expected to hear back and get everything moving. After about a week or so of back and forth, they finally got it fixed. Not the fastest experience, but in the end they did take care of it

"Looks cool, but missing some newer touches"
It looks really cool, honestly... but once I started using it, I noticed the modern features are kind of limited. Like, it works fine, but I was expecting a bit more up-to-date stuff.
